We're a local El Cajon‑based crew, which means we genuinely cover San Diego County end to end — coastal La Jolla and Carlsbad, the beaches of Pacific Beach and Mission Bay, the South Bay in Chula Vista and Bonita, and East County around La Mesa, Santee and El Cajon. Because we're local (not a national franchise routing your call out of state), we keep same‑day and next‑day slots open and a real person answers your text.

Easy Break is based at 1551 N Magnolia Ave in El Cajon and we work across San Diego County — from the coast (La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside) through the urban core (North Park, Hillcrest, Mission Valley), into East County (La Mesa, Santee, El Cajon, Lakeside) and out to inland North County (Escondido, Poway, San Marcos, Hidden Meadows).

Different parts of San Diego mean different work. Coastal homes need stainless and bronze hardware because salt eats standard zinc in months. Older Hillcrest and North Park bungalows need plaster‑and‑lath techniques and toggle anchors — not drywall anchors. Inland Escondido and Poway need wildfire‑hardening (ember‑resistant vents, defensible‑space‑aware fence panels) and ceiling fans for triple‑digit summers. Coronado needs HOA workflow, Certificate of Insurance on file with the building, and historic‑district awareness around the Village. Same‑day visits are usually fine for the 30‑minute radius if booked before noon; next‑day works for everything else. Larger projects (decks, full remodels, fence runs) get scheduled within a 1‑week start window after the on‑site walk‑through.
